Graduating with First Class Honours in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sarah is classically trained in traditional acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine (TCM) and successfully treats a variety of diseases from musculoskeletal to digestive to neurological conditions.

She has been in private practice since 2009 when she founded the Hong Tao Clinic, a specialist treatment practice in fertility, gynaecology, pregnancy and postpartum medicine.

Dr India Kennedy is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has worked within the NHS for over 10 years supporting young people and adults across the lifespan experiencing a range of mental health difficulties that are significantly impacting on their lives.   

India believes passionately in building a nurturing and safe space in order to help her clients understand the emotional distress that has led them to seek help and to facilitate moving towards a more fulfilled life. She views her therapeutic work with clients as integrative, meaning that she draws on different modalities including; systemic, compassion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy trauma-informed therapy, narrative therapy and mindfulness techniques in order to tailor the approaches she uses depending on each clients individual needs.

Kate has been working as a therapist for the last 12 years and is a highly experienced HCPC registered arts therapist which means she’s able to use creative tools to help people explore and unpack complex emotions when needed.  It can sometimes be very hard to articulate how you feel and using creativity allows for self expression that doesn’t have to use words. 

Kate has worked in specialist mental health services for the majority of her career, working with adults with complex mental health issues. Currently working with children and young adults in private practice, she works with a wide range of issues: depression, grief,  loss, anxiety, burnout, divorce, self esteem, body acceptance.

Kate is also senior academic/researcher as well as a therapist and lead a postgraduate training course.
